Southern Vermont is truly a wonderful place to live, work and play. I have sold
many properties to folks who lived in CT, NJ, NYC and MA. They only wanted to
purchase a 2nd home, however, they soon realized the impact the region had on
their personal lives, as well as the lives of their family members. And so,
they now reside here full-time and commute to their metropolitan work place for
2 to 3 days each week. These folks feel it is well worth the effort to be able
to send their children to our schools and raise them in a more healthy and
productive environment. And because of the telecommunication available,
Southern Vermont has also become the home to many writers and
artists.

And, of course, since Southern Vermont is so
tourist oriented with the skiing, the golf, the hiking, the biking, the

residents who are involved with their own restaurants and shops.
