I have been a licensed Realtor for sometime, but as of recently have not been “acting” or representing any clients. I have found a much better way to make money with RE, and that’s investing for myself!

For years I saw other investors make huge amounts of money, without a whole lot of work and often times making 10 times what I was making! Finally I had enough and decided to start investing on my own.

It’s been a couple of years now, and I have 7 rentals and have flipped close to 30 homes. I love the freedom I get from being a real estate investor.

So my blog is dedicated to helping Real Estate investors and home owners alike. After all, where would investors be without home owners???

I know I have not been as active as I would like here on the blog, to tell you the truth I’m not really “tech” savvy, and sometimes the blog can be a real headache. I think it maybe the hosting service that I use, but I guess you get what you pay for! (It’s fairly cheap). I also plan on making a lot of changes to the site just to make it look better, I think it’s kinda – blah.

So this year I will probably move the blog to another host and I plan on posting a lot more, just for the love of what I do. I really wish more people would get into RE and realize all of their dreams come true. RE really is a great way to make a living and enjoy life.
